28 November 2019 • Encaustic & Paper Workshop

I had a wonderful day learning to use gelli plates and glass to print on and then learning how to use encaustic techniques. We used leaves and flowers that were picked fresh to make prints then we let them dry and using various hand made papers that we had printed on we melted beeswax to put on our prints or melted coloured wax sticks then put paper on top. These items can be used as a collage, or can be hung up on their own.
